Buyer Protection

To keep you safe, we ask that all transactions take place on our platform. We can’t protect you if your sale or purchase takes place outside of Liquid Art.

When you purchase on Liquid Art, we provide you (the buyer) our expert authentication service and insured shipping. We do not release your payment until the item passed our inspection process and the item is delivered to you (the buyer).

Protecting our community is our top priority!

How Does Shipping Work?

Once you make a purchase on Liquid Art, the seller will receive a notification regarding that order and will prepare to ship your item out to you. The seller has 7 days from the date of purchase to ship the item.

The seller will also provide you with a shipping tracking number. The price of shipping will be listed directly under the item price, so there are no surprise fees at checkout.

How Does Payment Work?

Payment on Liquid Art is safe and easy for buyers and sellers via our 3rd party payment processor, Stripe. You can use any credit or debit card to buy an item. Liquid Art holds the buyers money until the seller ships the order.

Once the buyer confirms that the order have already been received, only then the payment will be released to the seller and they'll be paid for the sale.
